Externally are pretty gardens to both front & rear. The rear has two lovely patio areas; one is elevated and catches the sunshine. We also have a garden shed and bin area. You can move around the garden depending on the time of day to find sunshine & shade. There is ample driveway parking for three cars in front of the workshop.

Holt is a popular village to the east of Bradford-on-Avon and boasts good amenities with a genuine community feel! We find a village store with post office, two pubs, church, primary school, playing fields, village green and cafeteria at the Glove Factory. It is also home to The Courts, an impressive National Trust property and lots of lovely walks. Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and other supermarkets can be found in Trowbridge, Melksham & Bradford-on-Avon. Bath has city centre shopping, nightlife & entertainment.
